The project explored the commercial home-ware market and developed a product specifically  for wood fabrication. Inspired by biophilic design and created for Heals’ ‘Core Cosmopolitan’ market, the Eva side table brings nature into the home.

 

Designed for the living room the side table easily sits besides a sofa or armchair and features a removable plant pot to make planting and watering easier.

 

The table top and legs are made from ash and finished with a matte lacquer and sprayed feet. The plant pot is made from Earthenware ceramic with a white glaze finish and features a lip to hold in place.
